Privacy & text messages

Who we are

Shawn Nabizada, software developer (sole proprietor), Quebec. Person responsible for personal information: Shawn Nabizada, shawn@shawnnabizada.dev.

How you receive our texts

You called a business that uses our service and the call went unanswered. You then receive a single text message from that business offering to help.

We only send further messages if you reply. After a completed job, the business may send you one review request. We never send advertising and never use purchased lists.

Frequency and charges

A few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

Opting out or getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email shawn@shawnnabizada.dev.

Your information

We collect your phone number and message content only so the business can answer you. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information is kept only as long as the service needs it, then deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing shawn@shawnnabizada.dev.

Information sent through this site's form is used only to answer your request.
